We work with people to create homes they love.

At inc.arc, located in Melbourne's vibrant inner north, we are dedicated to crafting exquisitely sustainable architectural projects for our wonderful clients. Let us collaborate and bring your vision to life.

We design healthy buildings that are a delight to live in, and are comfortable year round.

Our priorities for every project are:

People, Place & Planet

People

We love getting to know the people we are designing for, we start every project with deep listening to gather the brief. This helps us to understand needs, priorities, and how you move through the day.

Place

We spend time analysing the site, understanding its strengths and weaknesses. With inc.arc, we help you make the most of your site, using its climate and surroundings as a starting point for design. We believe it's crucial to consider the unique factors that give a project a sense of belonging to the place.

Planet

We take great care to ensure that your project optimises the use of resources in the most efficient manner possible.

We guide you through the process of choosing materials and finishes that are healthy, durable, and ensure they align with your values and sustainability goals.

We use biophilic design to connect our buildings and their occupants with natural elements.
